Muni is a personal finance recording app. You can type or speak financial activity, review Muni's draft records, and save records such as income, expenses, debts, savings, assets, credit cards, planned expenses, recurring items, and reminders.
Muni also provides an AI-powered chat assistant that can respond to questions about your finances, offer observations, suggest budgeting approaches, and surface patterns in your records.
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you save. AI-generated drafts, summaries, and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong, so you should review them before relying on them.

They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, debt-management, or any other form of professional advice.
Muni is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, planner, accountant, or tax professional. No content generated by Muni's AI creates or implies a fiduciary relationship between Muni and you.
AI-generated responses are based solely on the records and context you provide within the app. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances. Past spending or saving patterns described by the AI do not guarantee future outcomes.
Do not make significant financial decisions — including but not limited to investments, loans, debt repayment strategies, retirement planning, or major purchases — based solely on information from Muni. Always consider your full financial situation and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial, tax, or legal professional before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muni accepts no liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated financial guidance provided through the app.
Muni provides organization, summaries, reminders, and AI-generated observations. It does not provide professional financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, or debt-management advice.
Muni's AI responses are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your complete financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, and applicable laws.
Muni uses email and password sign-in. Keep your password and devices secure, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Muni may ask you to confirm your identity again before sensitive actions such as deleting your account, changing your email, or signing out of all devices.
Muni is a subscription app with a limited free starter allowance. Manual entry and smart assists can be paused after the free allowance until a subscription starts.
Subscriptions are handled through the App Store. Plan names, prices, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Do not misuse Muni, try to access another person's data, copy or interfere with private parts of the service, bypass security or usage limits, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Do not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, government IDs, or other highly sensitive secrets in free-text notes or chat messages.
Muni may change features, limits, pricing, or availability as the product develops. We will try to avoid changes that unfairly remove access to your saved data.
Muni can suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, users, security, or legal compliance.
You can request account deletion from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent after password confirmation. Your account and user-owned app data are deleted where applicable.

Muni is provided as available and may have errors, interruptions, or delayed updates. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Muni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, any financial loss, investment loss, tax penalty, or other harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated financial observations, suggestions, or guidance provided through the app. See the "AI financial guidance — important disclaimer" section above.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
